The problem
Financial stress doesn't stay at home.
It shows up in:
Your workforce
Your plan
Conventional wisdom says: “Spend less and save more.” Good advice. But for most people, there simply isn't enough income to do either.
GigMatch changes that.

The solution
More income, from a side gig that fits.
GigMatch is an easy-to-use app that matches each employee to gigs that fit their stuff, interests, and skills.
How it works:
- An employee downloads the app and activates it with your company's code.
-
They tell it about their stuff, interests, and skills.
-
They see side gigs that fit their life.
Outcomes plan sponsors care about
What changes when participants stop being stressed about money.
Healthier, happier, more productive employees, with reduced turnover.
Financially secure employees report higher engagement and happiness, and they tend to stay longer, which lowers what turnover costs you.
Complements your existing financial wellness program at minimal incremental cost.
GigMatch sits alongside your EAP, budgeting tools, and education content, adding the income-side lever those programs can't reach.
A reputation as an innovative employer that genuinely supports employees.
A wellness benefit that respects employees' lives, instead of asking them to give things up, is the kind of program internal recruiting talks about.
Fewer plan loans and hardship withdrawals.
When a $1,000 emergency lands, supplemental income gives employees an alternative to a hardship withdrawal or a plan loan.
Higher plan participation, supporting nondiscrimination testing outcomes.
When employees feel they have a path forward financially, contribution behavior follows. Participation lifts and the testing math gets easier.
Higher plan balances, potentially lower per-participant plan expenses.
Fewer loans and withdrawals, plus higher contributions, mean more assets in the plan over time, and more assets can lower the per-participant expense ratio.
Frequently asked questions
What benefits committees ask before adopting GigMatch.
GigMatch is priced per participant per month. The total cost typically lands well below comparable wellness benefits, with measurable plan-side returns through lower leakage. Full schedule available on request.
GigMatch is complementary, not a replacement. EAPs handle counseling; budgeting tools handle the expense side; GigMatch handles the income side, which is where the lever actually is for most stressed employees.
Typical rollout is 2–4 weeks. The work is communications, not technical: announcement, intranet placement, optional onboarding sessions. There's no integration to schedule.
GigMatch works alongside any recordkeeper. There is no data feed required and no operational dependency. This is intentional. It keeps the benefit portable and reduces implementation risk.
Participant data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Employers receive only aggregate, de‑identified metrics. Individual participant data is not visible to the employer. See the GigMatch Privacy Policy for how participant data is collected, used, and protected.
Sponsors receive aggregate, anonymized metrics: adoption rate, profile completion, monthly active. Individual participation and registration in GigMatch, as well as all individual data, is not visible to the employer, preserving privacy, confidentiality, and trust.
GigMatch is a wellness benefit, not an investment product or recordkeeping change.
We provide a launch kit: announcement copy, intranet banner, optional 30-minute lunch-and-learn deck, and an FAQ for HR. Most rollouts use 2–3 of those, not all of them.
